3 suites between 2nd - 5th floors (type B) are still available (area range 385 - 394 m2), with 3 underground parkings/1 storage area each. The Penthouse is also available (711 m2), with 4 parkings and 1 storage facility

Noor II

This building was sold out unfortunately. Similar to Noor I, it also has 2 suites per floor with a Penthouse on the top 6th floor

Noor III

This building was sold out unfortunately. Similar to Noor I & II, it also has 2 suites per floor with a Duplex on the 5th/6th top floors

Noor I

3 suites between 2nd - 5th floors (type B) are still available (area range 385 - 394 m2), with 3 underground parkings/1 storage area each. The Penthouse is also available (total area of 711 m2) with 4 parking spaces and 1 storage facility

Noor II

This building was sold out unfortunately. Similar to Noor I, it also has 2 suites per floor with a Penthouse on the sixth floor

Noor III

Virtually all of this building was sold, including the Duplex (1130 m2). One suite remains available on the 2nd floor (type A), 336 m2, two underground parking spaces and one single storage facility
